Daily support will be a phone call away, but the details of your day-to-day activities will be done on your own. 5. In-Person & In-Field Training: During the first two weeks of your new career, you will receive in-field training by a proven leader and demonstrated producer who is motivated to help you set appointments and write business. Additionally, you'll be provided with a detailed guidebook as a reference point filled with scripts, scenarios and best practices. If you're humble enough and willing to follow a proven process, success will follow. Ongoing in-person and in-field training will be available on an as-needed basis for agents following the system. Supportive leaders will be in contact on a daily basis to answer your questions and to offer continuous guidance and advice.

6. NO Sales Experience or Degrees of Higher Education Necessary: There is an art and science to insurance sales, but the skills needed fall considerably short of those needed to paint a Picasso or design a spacecraft. If you hold a higher degree, it is nearly an absolute certainty you've taken harder tests in your life than what is required to get an insurance license. If you don't have a college degree, don't be discouraged by a test. Realtors, bartenders, servers, hairdressers, concrete workers, truck drivers, ranch hands, car salesmen/women and more have passed this test. It takes a few hours of dedicated reading and studying. Note, the emphasis is on hours not years to earn certification to give you the opportunity to enjoy a career where good communicators regardless of prior employment history will undoubtedly earn six figures and beyond.
